Processing your order

After your payment has been confirmed, your order is processed and prepared within 1 to 3 working days. Once it has been dispatched, you automatically receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number so that you can follow your parcel in real time.

 

Delivery time

Our products are delivered worldwide. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 7 to 28 working days to receive it at your home.

 

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an e-mail with your personalised tracking link. You can then follow your delivery step by step, wherever you are.

 

Exceptional delays
