Compatibility and installation
Will the SelleZen fit my bike?
Yes, in the vast majority of cases. The cushion is universal: it straps on under the seat, whatever the shape or make. It suits roadsters, adventure bikes, tourers and cruisers. Only the very narrow seats on pure sports bikes need a quick check of the seat width before ordering.
Does it change the seat height?
Barely. The cushion compresses under your weight as soon as you're in the saddle: the difference when stopped, feet on the ground, is around a centimetre.
On the road
Does it slide in the bends or under braking?
No. Two things hold it in place: the straps that run under the seat and stop it moving forwards or backwards, and the non-slip base that stops it twisting.
What about in the rain?
The gel and its outer shell are completely unaffected by water. And if your bike sleeps outside in full sun, the protective cover significantly extends the life of the gel: UV rays are its only real enemy.
How do I look after the cushion?
A damp cloth and mild soap are all you need. No solvents, no pressure washers.
The range
Can my pillion get the same comfort?
Yes, with the Pillion Cushion. Same gel, same pressure-relief channel, but a longer, narrower shape designed for pillion seats, which are nearly always the hardest seat on the bike.
Which size lumbar support belt should I choose?
The belt comes in five sizes, from S to 2XL, and adjusts with a double strap. Measure your waist at navel height: S 68-85 cm, M 85-103 cm, L 103-120 cm, XL 120-137 cm, 2XL 137-160 cm.

How long does delivery take?
Dispatched within 1-2 working days, then 3-6 working days in transit. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.
How does the 100-day guarantee work?
You ride with it for 100 days. If you're not happy with the result, just email us, we'll send you a prepaid returns label and you'll get a refund. No proof needed, no return costs.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is processed on a secure page: we never see or store your card details.
